Brigette has spent the last six years helping public sector workers nationwide learn about and exercise their First Amendment rights in the workplace. Previously, her career included working in the New York State Legislature, teaching elementary school, coaching high school sports, and working as a municipal county employee in human resources and communications. Brigette has a bachelor’s degree in history and politics and a master’s degree in elementary education. Brigette lives in South Carolina with her husband and three teenage sons. She loves to garden and travel in her free time.
